Industrial sectional doors available in our offer are modern and designed for industrial facilities, warehouses, vehicle diagnostic stations or any other business premises.

We pride ourselves in providing a customised service to every customer therefore, the industrial sectional doors can be adjusted and specially-made with additional features to meet each customer’s requirements.

  

Industrial sectional gates’ structure consists of vertical or ceiling runners. The 40 mm thick galvanized steel door wings are filled with polyurethane-free foam. Seals around the perimeter and between panels provide excellent thermal insulation isolating interior space from atmospheric conditions.

Industrial sectional gates:

  • 40 mm thick hot dip zinc coated steel rails, filled with environmentally friendly freon – free, polyurethane foam that has a low heat permeability
  • Interior colour : white-grey (RAL9002 – RAL9010)
  • Hot-dip galvanized steel guides
  • Gates equipped with torsion springs characterized by very high durability (25000 cycles)

 

Security

Protection against spring rapture – in the event of spring damage, the door does not drop, thus eliminates the risk of being trapped.

 

 

Protection against line rapture – in the event of line rapture door does not drop, thus eliminates the risk of being trapped.

 

 

Edge strip – used in industrial sectional doors with electric drive – is a very good protection against crushing. Thanks to edge strip, when the door meets an obstacle, it automatically stops and then opens.

 

 

Hand Bolt – Standard protection in industrial sectional doors is internal lock, which effectively enables lifting closed door from the outside.
